He was predeceased by: his parents, Cordell Partin and Mae Partin; and his siblings, Ed Partin, Calvin Partin, Burrell Partin, Kenneth Partin and Eunice Gibson.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ogle Partin; his daughters, Ella "Cissy" Raines (David) and Judy Collins (Shannon); and his grandchildren, Jordan Ballew (Haley) and Owen Collins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
