She was predeceased by: her husband Roscoe Gibson, Jr.; her parents, Earl Baker and Lula Jean Baker May; her brother Forest Baker; her grandmother Maude Marlowe; her daughter Mildred Heigmier (Bob); her brother-in-law Homer Burchfield; her sister Lola Jewell Burchfield Bray; her daughter Judy Lorene; and her daughter-in-law Bobbie Jo Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Mason (Dexter) and Alvin Lee Gibson (Karen Mozingo); her close friend Joanne Hatfield; her sisters, Vyonne Hefner (Mamie Baker) and Conley (Cokie Parker); her cousins, Karen, Louann and Dale Heigmier; and her niece Kathy Burchfield Maxwell. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
