With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Overton of Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on December 27, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Partin and Mary Griffin Partin; and her siblings, Willie Partin and Glenda Faye Partin. She is survived by: her children, Claude Elvis Dixon, Lewis Dixon (Kathy), George Dixon, Rockie Overton, Lynn Overton Thomas (Roger), Dusty Overton and Gary Overton. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

All mandated Covid-19 regulations, including masks and social distancing, will be observed.
