It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lee Thacker (Middlesboro, Kentucky), who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert L Powers and Mamie L Powers; her husband Jimmy Ernest Thacker; her children, Kimberly Lou Thacker and Roy Thacker; her siblings, Caleb Powers, Herbert Powers and Nora Tina Yoakum; her grandchildren, Jessica Paige Robertson and David Justin McFall; and her son-in-law William Stanley Proffitt.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Ash (Debra), Doug Thacker (April), LeeAnn Smith (Jack), Carlett Proffitt, Lisa Bakies, Tonya Thacker (Jerry Steed) and Becky Irvin (Johnny Irvin); and her siblings, Hubert "Porky" Powers of Middlesboro, KY, William Powers of Middlesboro, KY and Rose Martin of Pace, FL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
