She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoover Fogle and Leona Fogle; her husband Edwin Lawson; and her children, Phillip Lawson and Medelle Lawson Lovelace.

She is survived by: her daughter Tempa Bader; her grandchild Ryan (Beth); her great grandchildren, Anna, Luke and Caroline of Johnson City, TN; her grandson Ross Bader of Nashville, TN.; her daughter Farra Shoffner (Jerry); her grandchildren, Celia, Trinity of Middlesboro, KY, Nicklaus Shoffner of Georgetown, KY. and Charles Lovelace Jr. (Khyanna); her great grandchildren, Khyon and Kyndall of Virginia Beach, VA.; her grandson Broderick Lovelace (Nita); her great grandchildren, Cole and Oliver of Greenville, SC.; her granddaughter Rachael Leona Lovelace (Gurjeevan Singh) of Hickory Tavern, SC.; and her son-in-law Charles Lovelace, Sr. of Greenville, SC.. She is also survived by mother to her children and Grandy to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Due to the surge in Covid cases, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
