He is survived by: his children, Alicia Mullins (Justin Mason), Ellis Ricky Ray Mullins (Melanie), Matorka Gibson and Tabitha Gibson; his grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Karson Phipps, Dakota Phipps, Raylynn Mullins and Awestyn Alice Alichia Mullins; and his brothers, Ellis, Scotty Mullins and Mark Mullins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
