She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman McIntosh and Carolyn Ashcraft; and her siblings, Kenneth Blevins and Letha Norvell. She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Blevins, Paul Blevins (Jeanette), Kala McIntosh (Danny Brown), Danielle Blevins, Tara Blevins and Lacie Duchemin.
