He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Collett Partin; his daughter Charlotte Brown; his brother David Partin; and his close friend Levi Smith, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Crystal Wyric of Middlesboro, KY, Sherri Partin James, Edward Brown of Stinnett, KY, Tim Partin and Eric Partin of Middlesboro, KY.; his grandchildren, Charles Wilburn Brown, Betty DeAnne Brown, Blake Edward Brown, Avery Partin James, Reed Hurst and Lane Partin; and his close friends, Lonnie Dean Brown (Mary) and Billie Jean Helton. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
