She is survived by: her children, Linda (Joe Martin), David (Cathy Fletcher) and Lori (Randy Slusher); her grandchildren, Tamara Henson (Bobby), Valerie Cyrus (Charles), Joshua Fletcher (Mary Ward Fletcher), Jason Slusher, Jared, Krystal Slusher and Darla Slusher; her great grandchildren, Emily Grace Cyrus, Charles Joseph Cyrus, Brooklyn Henson, Faith, Isaac Daniels, Gage Jackson, Ashley, Kiley Jackson, Tate Jackson, Ethan Slusher and Isaac Slusher; her great great grandchildren, Ashlyn Jackson and Evander Slusher; her brother-in-law Mark Gentry; her nieces and nephews, Chris Gentry, Jennifer Gentry, Becky Gentry and Brian Gentry; her sister Joyce Chambers (Jim); her husband Jim Fletcher; and also Thomasa Risner. She is also survived by relatives including a cousin.
