She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Maiden of Middlesboro, KY.; her granddaughters, Kristen Maiden (Marcie) of Lexington, KY and Ashley Treece (Greg) of Middlesboro, KY.; and her great grandchildren, Gavin Bradford-Maiden, Benjamin Bradford-Maiden, Ethan Treece, Makinley Treece and Trey Treece.
