She was predeceased by : her parents, William Klemp and Theresa Vasquez Klemp. She is survived by : her husband Charles Robert Mihalko of Milton, Kentucky; her children, Gary Johnson of Colorado Springs, William Donald Rohor of Milton, Kentucky and Tammy Collins (Les) of Corsicana, Texas; and her brothers, Bill Klemp and Larry Klemp of Yuma, Arizona.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
