It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Fornshell of Minerva, Kentucky, born in Harveysburg, Ohio, who passed away on June 27, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fairchild and Essie McClain Fairchild; and her grandson Christopher Clements. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Fornshell of Minerva, KY and Linda Clark (Steve) of Union Grove, AL.; her grandchildren, Carie Ann Shaffer (Daniel) of Cumming, GA, Allison Mobley (Darrell) of Kettering, OH and Amy Smith (Collin) of Great Britain; her great grandchildren, Carson, Emma Kate Shaffer, Madison, Lauren Mobley, Carrie Peyton, Grace Cooper, Dante and Gabriel Clements; and her husband Myron.
Due to Covid 19 pandemic, a private service will be held by the family at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
