With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Cooper (Monticello, Kentucky), who passed away on October 24, 2020 at the age of 28. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Billy Guy Coffey. She is survived by : her mother Anna Mae Cooper; her fiancé Roy Strunk, Jr.; her daughters, Adrian Allene Hancock and Skyler Jo Strunk; and her sisters, Valerie Cooper, Ashley Cooper, Cynthia Johnson and Angela Phillips.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and upon recommendations from the Governor's Office for Funeral Homes, there will be some restrictions for service attendance. You are asked to please wear a mask or facial covering and observe the social distancing guidelines.
