It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gwenave Edwina Bell of Monticello, Kentucky, who passed away on June 13, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Bell and Bertha Lee Bell (Cox); her husband Marion Lee Bell; and her siblings, Zula Joerendt, Frances Pelley, Carolyn Joyce Bell, Anna Jewell Zelic, Ina Ruth Bell, Kenneth, Ray Wallace, Carl Milton, Donald Howard Bell and Jackie Edwin Bell.
She is survived by: her nephews, Gerald Lynn Maxwell (Lorene) and Glen Edward Maxwell (Sandra) of Monticello.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: Monticello Church of the Nazarene Building Fund or Gideons Bible Plan, Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
