She is survived by: her children, Dawn Brown of Eubank, KY and Chris Adams of Albany, KY.; her grandchildren, Whitney Turpin King (Derek) of Lexington, KY, Ethan Brown and Olivia Spradlin; her sister Sandy Phillips (Tom); and her niece Stacey Phillips of Louisville, KY.
