He was predeceased by: his mother Marcella Fannin Nickell. He is survived by: his father Earl Nickell, Sr. (Carol Crocco) of Olive Hill; and his siblings, Earl Nickell, Jr. of Morehead, Linda Little of Morehead, Kathy O'Neal of Morehead and Melissa Nickell of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
