He is survived by: his wife Joyce Simpson Kilgore; his daughter Jessica Sloan (Justin) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Madison Sloan and Logan Jones; and his siblings, Ray Bush of Punta Gorda, Florida, Debbie Kilgore Bresher of Dayton and Jewell Kilgore of Howard, Ohio. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
