He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jay Moore and Dixie Gene May Moore. He is survived by: his brother Jay B. Moore (Julia); his nephews, Jonathan Jay Moore (KaraBeth) and Jeffrey Irwin Moore; his great-niece Elizabeth Lee Moore; his great-nephew Jonathan Jay Moore II of Lexington; and his uncle Bill May of Lawrenceburg.
