He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis C. Caudill and Flora Mae Smoot Caudill; his siblings, Teddy Caudill, Osborne Caudill, Franklin Caudill, Martha Caudill and Gail Williams; and his wife Florence Ineze Kelly Caudill.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Kelly (Rhonda) of Morehead, Ann Logan of Morehead and Joe Caudill (BJ) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Amy Kelly, Jason Hall, Megan Drake (Rob), Lyndsey Rice (Chris), Ryan Logan (Haley), Paige Caudill and Jamie Brooks (Eric); and his sisters, Jean Sorrell of Morehead and Anna Belle Kelly of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; extended family members and many friends.
