He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith Campbell; his children, James Campbell (Ashton) of Morehead and Rhonda Sizemore (Johnny) of Wooten; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jared, Steven, Kayleigh and Makenzie; his stepgrandchildren, Kiley, Michael and Laiken; and his siblings, Frank Campbell of Hazard, Danny Campbell of Ohio, Mary Jane Miller of London and Stella Hunt of Hazard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; extended family; and friends.
