She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Edward "Bill" Epperhart and Betty R. Owens Epperhart; her son Christopher Dale Epperhart; and her brother Richard Wayne Epperhart. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Martt of Morehead and Preston Netherly (Janie) of Morehead; and her sisters, Beverly Williams (Duke) of Morehead, Linda Epperhart of Morehead, Janice Hancock of Cleveland and Kimberly Hunt of Ashland. She is also survived by 6 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; 4 great granddaughters; and 1 great grandson; as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
