He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Edward Simmons and Lois Evelyn Wagoner Simmons. He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Brewer Simmons; and his children, Jessica Ann Lewis (Barry) of West Liberty, Mary Jo Noone of King William, Virginia and Joshua Delmaine.
