It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Helwig (Morehead, Kentucky), who passed away on February 16, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Willard Helwig, Jr. and Mary Ellen Moran Helwig; and his daughter Belinda Helwig. He is survived by: his children, Cameron Griffith of Sandy Hook, Krishna Horton (Mark) of Sandy Hook and Erica Collett (Royce) of Sandy Hook; his brothers, Jack Helwig of Babson Park, Lee Helwig of Morehead and Steve Helwig of West Liberty; and his grandchildren, Kaleb Wipert, Brayden Collett, Blake Collett and Braxton Griffith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other extended family members; and many friends.
