She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Emerson Kelly and MaNerva Jane Blanton Kelly; and her siblings, Anna Lea Jent, Ollie Earl Kelly and Bobby Kelly.
She is survived by: her husband Clyde Richard Caudill; her children, Dan Kelly (Rhonda) of Morehead, Ann Logan of Morehead and Joe Caudill (Bobbie) of Morehead; her grandchildren, Amy Kelly, Jason Hall, Ryan Logan, Jamie Brooks, Megan Drake, Lyndsey Rice and Paige Caudill; and her stepsister Joy Wheeler (Lenny) of Blaine. She is also survived by extended family members and many friends.
