He is survived by: his wife Helen Wright Stevens; his children, Angie Gillespie of Morehead, Leigh Ann Adams of Morehead, Wayne Stevens (Christin Cook) of Lexington, Chad Osborne of Idaho and Kenneth Stevens of Florida; and his grandchildren, Noah, Ethan, Autumn, Caleb, Aubrey, Erica, Madison and Gracie Jo.
