It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Gilbert (Morehead, Kentucky), who passed away on November 23, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Davis Kidd and Myrtle Kidd (Lambert) of Morehead, KY.; her spouse Merl H. Gilbert; and her children, Sandra Gilbert Clayton (Sandy) and Loren Gilbert.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Tri-County Animal Shelter at 2540 KY-519 Clearfield, KY 40313.
