He was predeceased by: his parents, Granville Willis and Nancy Lillian Fraley; and his siblings, Clester Eugene Fraley, Carl Vernon Fraley, Edmund Fraley, Paul Fraley, Roy Fraley and Dessie Parish.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Mabry Fraley; his daughter Linda Bradley (James) of Morehead; his grandsons, James Adam Bradley (Alicia) of Louisville and Joshua Glen Bradley of Odenton, Maryland; his great grandchildren, Harper and Alora Bradley; and his brother Howard Fraley of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family members, and many friends.
