He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cooper and Gladys Buckner Cooper; his sister Phyllis Cooper; and his brother-in-law Don Sherman. He is survived by: his sons, Josh Cooper (Kayla) of Morehead and Christopher Cooper of Carter County; his granddaughter Kylee Cooper of Morehead; and his sisters, Judy Gilkison (Earl) of Mansfield, Donna Patton (Steve) of Ontario, Naomi Fortner (Sonny) of New Winchester and Betty Sherman of Bucyrus, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; extended family; and many friends.
