He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Caskey and Ethel Davis Caskey; and his sister Amelia Ann Caskey. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Caskey (Nancy) of Morehead, Lavondia Barnes (Tom) of Jonesboro and Lee Caskey of Morehead; and his aunts, Faye Pelfrey of Morehead and Loretta Davis of Morehead. He is also survived by several cousins, other relatives and friends.
