He was predeceased by: his parents, John Emmett Weaver and Irene Ida Ramey Weaver; his son Richard "Shane" Weaver; and his siblings, Harold, Paul, Albert Weaver, Delores Weaver, Louise Dailey and Ruth Hilterbrand.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Conley Weaver; his son Shannon Weaver (Misty) of Wallingford; his grandchildren, Wesley, Taylor, Tanner, Devon Weaver, Conner Hazelrigg, Shana Weaver and Madison Hazelrigg; and his siblings, Randy Weaver (Sandy) of Wallingford, Richard Weaver of Columbus, Ohio and Patricia Rigdon (Doug) of Hillsboro. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
