He is survived by: his parents, Patti Hamilton Little and Joe Parker, Jr. of Morehead; his sisters, Ali Parker of Flemingsburg, Haley Sutherland of Lexington and Emily Francis Parker of Morehead; his grandparents, Linda Bailey Hamilton of Flemingsburg and Joseph Parker, Sr. of Morehead; and his stepgrandfather Gordon Donahue of Clearfield. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins; and many friends.
