It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Gilliam (Morehead, Kentucky), born in Bakersfield, California, who passed away on October 7, 2019, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar L. Montgomery and Mary Elizabeth Ford Cheatwood; and her brother Tommy Cheatwood. She is survived by: her husband Danny R. Gilliam, Sr.; her daughter Rita Watkins (Rodney) of Morehead, Kentucky; her granddaughter Madison Watkins; and her siblings, JoAnn Hallman of Alabama, Kathy Cherry of Florida, Wayne Montgomery (Tonya) of Tennessee, Nathan Montgomery (Sue) of California and Matthew Cheatwood (Jennifer) of Oklahoma.
