He is survived by: his wife Barbara White Vencill; his daughter Katrina Vencill Venters (William Edward Venters III) of Pikeville; his grandson William Edward Venters IV; his sister-in-law Sue Vencill of Morehead; his nephew Kermit Lewis Vencill II; his niece Sarah Lynnette Vencill; and his great-nephew Hoke Hardin. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
