He is survived by: his daughter Melodi Dawn Riggsby Cornett (Robert Skaggs); his granddaughters, Kristen Riggsby of Morehead and Alysa Cornett of Morehead; his stepdaughters, Amie Dillon Davis (Jody) of Richmond and Kelly Krow (Ivan) of Richmond; his stepgranddaughters, Kaitlyn Ashley and Siera Krow; his brothers, Vernon R. Riggsby of Clearfield and Olen Riggsby of Largo, Florida; and his son-in-law Timothy Cornett of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
