She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Porter and Pearl Thompson Porter; her husband Galen "Brownie" Brown; and her brothers, Eugene, Ralph, Raymond, Bert and Jim Willy.
She is survived by: her sister Virginia Greene; her children, Ed Brown (Julie) of Lexington and Pat Skeans (Kenny) of Morehead; her grandchildren, Emma Lawson (Sam), Rachel Madden (Caleb) and Jan White (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Abigail Hanshaw, Anna Lawson and Blake White (Hannah). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
