She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Houston Erwin and Thelma Lewis Erwin. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Adkins; her sons, Phillip Adkins (Britney) of Morehead and David Adkins (Lori) of Clearfield; her grandchildren, Aaron Adkins, Dustin Adkins, Ellie Adkins and Abel Adkins; and her half-siblings, Harvey Buckland of South Point, Ohio, Ella Collins and Francis Baxter of Greenfield, Indiana. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
