He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Paul, Wilma Strickling, Clarence and Anne Applegate. He is survived by: his wife Angela Applegate; his children, Bekhym Applegate of Canal Winchester, OH, Dakota Applegate of Ewing, KY and Sabrina York of Asheville, NC; his parents, Ronald Applegate and Ramona Applegate of Mansfield, OH; his brother Andrew Applegate (Debra Applegate) of Chicago, IL; and his friend Richard Knowlton (Natalie Knowlton) of Ashland, OH. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
