She is survived by: her significant other Jamie Williams of Morehead; her children, Bobby Ray Howard (Vanessa) of Sandy Hook, Dustin Ryan Howard of Sandy Hook and Kelly Nicole Hale (Roy) of Rush; the father of her children Bobby Howard of Sandy Hook; her siblings, Donnie Slone of Morehead, Robert Slone of Morehead, Roy Slone of Morehead, Barb Mabry of Lexington, Geraldine Lowe of Morehead, Patricia Johnson of Morehead and Bernice Willoughby of Elliott County; and her grandchildren, Bryson Dale Howard, Easton Ray Howard, Lexie Gray Howard and Emma Grace Hale. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
