It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ottis Fraley Jr. (Morehead, Kentucky), born in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, who passed away on November 26, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Fraley, Sr. and Elba Carter Fraley; his sisters, Betty May and Maxine McKenzie; and his brother-in-law Billy McKenzie.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Fraley (Vaughan); his daughter Connie Black (Virgil) of Morehead; his siblings, Homer Fraley of Sandy Hook, Glen Fraley of Sandy Hook, Geraldine Miller of Sandy Hook, Melverine O'Neil of Sandy Hook, Charlene Gibson and Christine Sparks of Ohio; and his uncle Glen Carter of Sandy Hook. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
