He is survived by: his sisters, Wanda Lee Fultz and Mary Wilson; his children, James Paul Fultz of Beaver Dam, Becky Ratliff of Louisiana, Kayla Blake of Elliott County and Deseria Moore of Morgan County, Kentucky.; and his siblings, Jan Fultz, Vester (Carolyn Fultz), Geraldine Sargent, Sondra, Racy Howard and Cheryl Fultz. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
