He was predeceased by: his parents, Espie Reynolds and Vivian Hayes Reynolds; his former wife Ammie Lorene Brown Reynolds; his son Frank Edward Reynolds; his stepson Marvin Arnett; and his brothers, Delmar and Virgil Reynolds.
He is survived by: his wife Lorena McClurg Arnett Reynolds; his children, Brenda Reynolds of Wallingford, Phillip Reynolds of Morehead and Dale Reynolds (Connie) of Wallingford; his stepchildren, Elwanda Cline of Bath County, LaDonna Parish of Bath County, Lynna Littleton of Bath County and Marlin Arnett of Bath County; and his brother Dale E. "Gene" Reynolds (Ula "Tootsie") of Hillsboro. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 9 step grandchildren; and 12 step great grandchildren.
