She is survived by: her sons, Charles Curtis of Morehead and Elwood Bolar, Jr. of Flemingsburg; her granddaughter Nicole Starostka; and her great grandchildren, Aleasha Wendel and Shyla Jordan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
