He is survived by: his children, Danny, Jr., Rhonda Blevins of Morehead, Dowe, Pam Blevins of Morehead, Dana, George Caudill of Morehead, Donna, Chris Oakley of Olive Hill, Darren, Amy Blevins of Morehead, Derrick, Emily Blevins of Morehead, Darla and Eric Lewis of Hillsboro; and his grandchildren, Will, Lee, Kayla, Neenah, Brittany, Tyler, Summar, Christopher, Arlie, Brooke, Jazlyn, Tucker, Grayson, Toby, Macy, Silas, Matt, Rick Sparks, Karen Devaney, Bob and Bill Parish. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
