He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles W. Jones, Sr. and Anita Joy Jones. He is survived by : his wife Leahanne "Prissie" Toman of Morganfield, KY.; his children, Lacey Jones, Dustin Jones (Ashley Hardin), Marissa Jones-Mariano (Joshua), Tyler Toman, Chance Toman (Kellsy), Jackson Toman (Johna Clevidence), Hunter Sturtz (Zoe Smith), Bella Toman, Faith Jones, Kooper Jones and Charisma Humphrey; and his siblings, Laura Jones (Luke Coffman), Michelle Berry (Mike), John Jones (Angie), Jamie Mattingly (Angie) and Steve Barton (Stephanie).
