She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Hatcher and Nancy Tyler Hatcher; and her brother Gordon Keith Hatcher. She is survived by: her husband Roy Oaks of Morgantown; her son Joey Oaks of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Jessica Oaks (Fahad) of Morgantown, Jailyn Oaks (Tanner) of Morgantown, Jaret Oaks of Morgantown and Riley Oaks of Morgantown; her great grandchildren, Bennett Flener, Logan Flener, Adlei Flener and Tahani Alotaibi; and her siblings, William Craig Hatcher (Denise) of Morgantown, Gilda Marie Lee of Morgantown and Janice Faye Van Zant (Russell) of Elizabethtown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
