He is survived by: his significant other Sue Segura of Bowling Green; his daughters, Amanda Fields (Terry) of Morgantown, Tifanie Denise White Costelow of Bowling Green, Mandi Evitts of Portland, TN and Melia Dannielle Lowe (Fred) of Portland, TN; and his siblings, Jimmy White, Morgan White, Arthur White, Dale White, Sam White and Monda Gale West. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
