With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gwendolyn Penrod of Morgantown, Kentucky, who passed away on June 27, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Penrod and Irene Smith Penrod; her brothers, Gerald and Troy Penrod; and her nephews, Paul, Dwight and Little Gerald.

She is survived by : her son Lanny Penrod of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Haley Penrod of Bowling Green and Matthew Penrod of Morgantown; her niece Karen Penrod Broyles; and her nephews, Jamie Penrod and Keith Penrod.
