Allen (Jillian) of Carlisle, Ohio; his grandsons, Tanner Shope of Carlisle, James Christian Embry of Morgantown, KY and Derrick L. Embry Jr. of Morgantown, KY; his daughter Linda K. Lansaw; and his siblings, Michael Allen (Nancy) of Franklin, Ray Allen (Maria) of Venice, Florida and Rebecca Miller (Steve) of Cookeville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
