He is survived by: his children, James William Embry (Robin) of Morgantown and Tammy Deweese (Lee) of Morgantown; his grandson Cody Deweese of Morgantown; his stepchildren, Edward Risinger IV (Krista) of Shelbyville, James Shepherd (Carolyn) of Morgantown, Nathan Shepherd of Morgantown, Brandy Shepherd of Morgantown and Sylvia Childress (Josh) of Brownsville; his brother Jerry Wayne Embry (Debbie) of White Mills; and his friend Melody Shepherd of Morgantown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
