He is survived by : his wife Christina Parks McKinney of Morgantown; his children, James Reed McKinney of Morgantown, Kristin Michelle Parks of Morgantown and Christopher Micheal Parks of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Destiny Michelle Bateman and Angel Kirby of Bowling Green; and his brother Matthew McKinney (Rebecca) of Florida.
